Do we ship overseas?
Yes. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order. The heavier the package, the higher the shipping cost. Final shipping fees will be shown at checkout before payment.
What are the Return & Exchange policies?
All purchase items are non refundable.
There is a 14-day exchange policy for online purchases of regular-priced items. If exchanging for a higher-value item, a top-up may be required.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our fulfilment centre and for reshipping exchanged items.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order.
For Domestic orders, Free shipping will apply with a min spend of $100
For Malaysia orders, Free shipping will apply with a min spend of $125
