RETURN POLICY

Refunds

All purchase items are non refundable.

Return window

• We have a 14-day return window, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

• We do not provide shipping labels for returns. Customers who wish to return item(s) must cover their return shipping costs and are responsible for shipping the package from their local post office.

Instructions for Returns

1. Submit your return request by sending an email to customercare@blockedswimwear.com

2. Our customer support team will provide further instructions regarding your return.

Return Eligibility (We do not offer refunds. Only exchange.)

• Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, unscented, with tags and hygiene seal in tact and in the exact condition in which they were received.

• To be eligible for a return, item(s) must have their original hangtags attached with their packaging. Item(s) showing any signs of wear, including makeup stains, deodorant stains, tear, liquid stains, or body odor will not be accepted.

• If the returned item(s) do not meet the above criteria, an exchange will not be eligible, and the item(s) will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

• Item(s) must be returned to blockedswimwears' fulfilment centre before an exchange can be processed.

• Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items

• All items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

• There is a 14-day exchange policy for online purchases of regular-priced items. If exchanging for a higher-value item, a top-up may be required.
